We also partner with a local auction house so valuable items can be sold rather than scrapped. We’re registered waste carriers and dispose of anything unavoidable responsibly.

Yes, although we’re proudly based in Bristol, we move customers anywhere in the UK. Whether you’re heading across town or across the country, we’ll make sure everything arrives safely and on time.
Yes, we can! Our team carry tools on every job and are happy to help with dismantling and reassembling furniture such as beds, wardrobes and tables where it’s safe and suitable to do so. We’ll always check the items at quote stage and agree this with you in advance, as not everything is designed to be taken apart and put back together. In those cases, we may ask you to sign a quick waiver before we start, just to keep everything clear.
Our main fleet is made up of 3.5-tonne Luton vans, which are perfect for most moves and clearances. With enough notice, we can also arrange 7.5-tonne vehicles and larger, depending on what’s needed.
We always aim to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Items are either resold, donated to charity, or in the worst case, disposed of responsibly at licensed recycling centres (we hold a full waste carrier licence).
If you have items you’d like to sell yourself, we can also connect you with our local auction house partner.
We work in partnership with UK Storage Company, who have secure facilities in Yate, Bristol Central, and West Bristol. This means we can easily arrange safe, flexible storage as part of your move, whether you need it for a few days, a few weeks, or longer.
Yes, but it’s an optional extra and not included as standard. We can supply sturdy boxes, tape and packing materials (the same ones our team uses every day) and have them delivered directly to your door.
Yes, we take a 50% deposit when you confirm your booking. This secures your moving date and ensures we’ve got your team and vans reserved just for you.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the job, so everything’s ready to go on the day.
If something changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans can shift and we’ll always try to be as supportive as we can. Depending on the timescales, we may retain part of your deposit to cover costs.

Yes, weekend moves and clearances are available, subject to availability. Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date.
We have fully comprehensive van insurance which includes Hire and Reward cover, Goods in transit insurance and Public liability insurance. We are more than happy to show you our insurance certificates.
We understand that things change, especially with home moves. Should you need to change your booking please email us as soon a possible to ensure that we secure you a new slot.

It was a long day moving between 3 cities, and they made it look easy! They were always happy to help, really friendly, and they can solve any problem (also help me to dismantle and assembled again my furniture!).
