HOUSE CLEARANCE
If you have a property that needs to be cleared, then we are ready to help.
We understand that house clearances can sometimes be an emotional and difficult time and will sensitively support you through the process.
We are registered with the Environment Agency and ensure that all contents are disposed of responsibly and ethically. This could be donating to charity (with permission), taking to waste recycling centres, or selling items on. We recycle everything we can and frequently make donations to the British Heart Foundation.

We have fully comprehensive van insurance which includes Hire and Reward cover, Goods in transit insurance and Public liability insurance. We are more than happy to show you our insurance certificates.
We are able to provide this as an add-on to the package you choose. Prices will vary depending on the size of your move.
We ask for a 50% deposit on all work
If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel with less than 7 days of booking we will take 50% of the total cost, as a cancellation fee.
Yes! We are available on weekends and do not increase our charges for this convenience. Go to our book online page to check out our availability.
We currently have a fleet on 3.5t luton vans, but what this space as we are expanding our fleet to 7.5t!
We understand that things change, especially with home moves. Should you need to change your booking please email us as soon a possible to ensure that we secure you a new slot.

We are registered with the Environment Agency as a Tier 2 waste Carrier. This means that we can use local recycling centres to dispose of any waste. We work with a National Charity to donate any furniture which we feel they could resell. We will always discuss this with you if it’s an option and obtain your consent.
